This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with Country HR Leaders to implement and tailor compensation programs, tools, policies, and processes across Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
• Promote adherence to governance and disciplined decision-making while aligning regional business needs with enterprise-wide principles and standards.
• Establish effective working relationships with HR, business leadership, finance, and legal teams to develop high-quality, practical compensation solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives that enhance compensation processes, user experience, and overall program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, People Partners, and business stakeholders to offer compensation guidance on pay-related decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and refine salary structures and pay ranges by leveraging market intelligence, business strategy, and local market dynamics.
• Ensure that compensation policies and practices comply with local legal and regulatory standards, internal controls, and the company's compensation philosophy.
• Monitor developments in applicable compensation-related legislation and work with Country HR Leaders, Legal, People Operations, and other stakeholders to evaluate impacts and implement necessary updates.
• Support the application of job architecture, job evaluation, and leveling frameworks to ensure alignment between roles and compensation structures.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support compensation decisions and the broader Total Rewards strategy.
• Lead and manage projects related to global Total Rewards initiatives.
• Offer Total Rewards support for a specific client group or business line.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing compensation practices in a regional, country, or business-aligned capacity.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills.
• Proficient in English.
