This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Implement the organization's Total Rewards strategy effectively.
• Ensure uniform application of compensation and benefits programs across a diverse, multi-state workforce.
• Lead the annual compensation cycle, which includes planning and executing merit increases and bonuses.
• Manage benefits administration in collaboration with brokers and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation and benefits programs.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits functions.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits administration.
• Proven experience in managing compensation cycles within a mid-to-large, multi-state organization.
• Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
