📋 Description

• Overseeing large-scale application managed services projects

• Managing relationships with stakeholders and fulfilling contractual obligations

• Creating effective service management and transition strategies

• Building partnerships across the organization to comprehend needs

• Ensuring strategic alignment with Build teams

• Mentoring Managers and teams to achieve results


⛳️ Requirements

• 15-20 years of relevant experience

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification

• Experience in engaging with executive stakeholders

• Expertise in Managed Services (including due diligence, transition, and steady state)

• Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities

• Familiarity with IT Service Management principles

• A bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field
