Senior Manager, Technical Product and Program Management, Planning and Controls – Autonomous Vehicles

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on leadership for a team managing projects, collaborating with technical leads to tackle complex planning and control challenges, including those involving AI-driven planners.

• Take charge of the delivery of your technology portfolios, working in conjunction with your engineering leader counterparts.

• Facilitate coordination and collaboration with teams and internal stakeholders to achieve roadmaps within highly ambitious timelines and objectives: develop processes and frameworks to enhance team performance, communicate and resolve bottlenecks, address challenges, and evaluate outcomes.

• Effectively convey the group's technical product status and program execution to senior executives and OEM partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of recent experience in Product or Program Management.

• At least 5 years of experience in people management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong technical expertise in robotics motion planning or controls, including experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related projects involving complex, matrixed systems.

• Proven experience in managing and developing technical product or program management teams within the autonomous vehicle or robotics sectors.

• A creative problem solver capable of navigating ambiguous situations, achieving consensus, and making informed decisions.

• A strong focus on execution, with a track record of bringing new and innovative products and technologies to fruition.
