This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate TAMs; foster an inclusive atmosphere focused on continuous enhancement.
• Enhance coverage, capacity, and staffing across international portfolios.
• Address customer issues and complex programs; implement risk mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and effective executive communications.
• Ensure the delivery of success plans, adoption roadmaps, and executive business reviews to established standards.
• Collaborate with Sales/CSM/Consulting/Support on account strategies, renewals, expansions, and service attachments.
• Advocate for the customer perspective to Product/Engineering; engage in feedback loops and advisory programs.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise Customer Success, TAM, or Consulting roles.
• More than 5 years of experience in people leadership.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams across various geographical locations.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe solutions (e.g., AEP/RTCDP, AEM, Analytics/CJA, Journey Optimizer/Campaign, Marketo Engage, Target, Workfront).
• Data-driven mindset; adept in forecasting, capacity planning, dashboards, and health models.
• Proficient in both German and English.
