This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Lead the design, assessment, and enhancement of global end-to-end talent acquisition processes to maintain consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all business units and regions.
• Drive harmonization initiatives across various geographies or divisions, creating standardized processes that balance global consistency with local adaptability.
• Collaborate with HR Technology to identify improvements and maximize the utilization of Workday and associated talent acquisition technologies, enhancing the experience for both recruiters and candidates.
• Establish and track key process metrics to evaluate effectiveness, adoption, and operational impact.
• Develop and manage an audit process to assess the adoption, compliance, and effectiveness of new or revised talent acquisition processes.
• Ensure that processes are well-documented, transparent, and in alignment with organizational policies, legal, and compliance standards.
• Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and simplification to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the strategy for candidate experience across all talent acquisition touchpoints, ensuring that processes and tools foster a positive, consistent, and inclusive experience.
• Analyze feedback from candidates and listening channel data (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to uncover trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition leaders to convert insights into actionable changes, ensuring follow-up communication and measurable enhancements.
• Lead change management initiatives for process and technology updates, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed, engaged, and supported throughout transitions.
• Work closely with the Communications & Training Lead to co-create communication strategies, training plans, readiness activities, and enablement resources that facilitate successful adoption of new processes and tools.
• Develop frameworks, guides, and toolkits to ensure a consistent understanding and adoption of new processes and practices across global talent acquisition teams.
• Partner with Learning & Development and talent acquisition leadership to implement training programs that incorporate new methodologies.
• Generally requires a university degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition operations, process management, or HR program design, OR an advanced degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience in the same areas.
• Proven experience in process improvement, change management, and engaging stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (such as Workday or similar) and related talent acquisition technologies.
