This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of initiatives aimed at enhancing the Talent Acquisition process.

• Develop, track, and refine processes and procedures to optimize the entire recruiting cycle, including job postings, candidate assessments, preboarding, and onboarding.

• Employ process improvement and project management strategies to automate, streamline, and enhance efficiencies within the organization, thus improving recruitment, candidate, and employee engagement and retention.

• Lead the Team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, with a focus on managing complex projects.

• Extensive background in full-cycle recruitment.

• Demonstrated success in increasingly responsible leadership roles.

• Experience in business process improvement, along with the tools and data necessary for supporting effective business operations.

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, workflow documentation (such as Visio), and business presentations.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• PMP certification.

• Training or certification in Six Sigma or other LEAN methodologies.

• Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technology platforms.
