This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead Jamf’s Talent Acquisition team by engaging and guiding a group of talent acquisition professionals responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts.
• Communicate, support, and implement Jamf’s Global Talent Acquisition vision and roadmap, ensuring tactical and logistical execution by leveraging the Talent Acquisition team, key stakeholders, internal resources, and external vendors.
• Provide thought leadership and expertise on talent in a competitive environment to the Talent Acquisition, HR, and Leadership teams.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, enabling the team to enhance hiring processes through data-driven decision making, talent forecasting, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices, including the integration of AI to improve hiring outcomes.
• Cultivate and utilize talent communities, external partnerships, and sourcing tools, including AI-driven platforms and talent intelligence tools, to ensure access to a qualified and diverse candidate pipeline.
• Build effective working relationships with HR Business partners and senior business leaders to lead and manage the recruitment process, addressing immediate gaps and long-term talent planning requirements.
• Analyze Talent Acquisition-related data and metrics to assess and anticipate business needs. Identify trends to influence business outcomes by providing insights, recommendations, action plans, and tools, utilizing analytics and metric presentations to facilitate informed discussions.
• Oversee and manage resource plans and budgets to meet talent acquisition objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders on current and future global expansion efforts, connecting resources and offering guidance on best practices.
• Work alongside HR and leadership to develop strategies for effective global utilization of contingent workforce resources.
• Support and advance the overall Global Talent Acquisition roadmap to meet Talent Acquisition goals, partnering with HR Partnerships, HR Operations, and other Centers of Excellence (COEs), including the integration of AI and automation into TA workflows for scalable, future-ready recruiting operations.
• Drive the development of AI and technology capabilities within the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring recruiters can confidently use new tools, identify future-ready talent, and adapt their practices in a rapidly evolving hiring landscape.
• Collaborate with Jamf’s Enablement teams to coach hiring managers on recruiting, employment branding, interviewing, and sourcing best practices.
• Represent the HR team with integrity, credibility, and professionalism by sharing insights, leveraging best practices, and maintaining consistent messaging.
• Travel: Up to 30% (Some international travel may be required).
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment on a global scale (Required).
• Previous experience in a management or team lead capacity (Required).
• Exceptional client relationship skills with a proven ability to develop high-touch, consultative relationships and build credibility with line leaders (Required).
• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail, people, systems, and processes (Required).
• Comprehensive understanding of current employment regulations and compliance issues (Required).
• Proven experience with specialized sourcing strategies to proactively build diverse candidate pipelines that meet business needs in a cost-effective manner.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the full life cycle of recruiting.
• Knowledge of social networking and a successful track record of utilizing various mediums to develop a candidate database and pipeline.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and platforms, with a demonstrated interest in leveraging technology and automation to enhance talent acquisition outcomes.
