This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, which includes managing staffing cadence, requisition flow, SLA compliance, and resolving escalations during both pre-award and post-award hiring processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of HR to develop workforce and pipeline strategies, converting headcount projections and contract expansions into proactive sourcing initiatives.
• Take ownership of the TA Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework, encompassing metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health, while providing performance updates to leadership.
• Lead efforts to improve processes throughout the recruiting lifecycle, and maintain the job description library, interview guides, and sourcing playbooks.
• Manage relationships with TA vendors and staffing partners, including negotiating contracts and ensuring performance accountability.
• Assist HR in maintaining EEO/OFCCP recordkeeping, meeting clearance-related hiring requirements, and preparing for audits.
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and collaborate with the IT department on the automation and reporting capabilities roadmap.
• Directly oversee and nurture the TA team, focusing on performance management and career development.
• Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences as required.
• A minimum of 10 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or recruiting operations role directly managing personnel.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in recruiting within a government contracting or cleared environment, specifically in pre-award and post-award hiring.
• Proven hands-on experience with ATS administration, preferably with Greenhouse, including configuration, reporting, and workflow design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and staffing partner relationships and contracts effectively.
• Experience in developing and presenting KPI/SLA frameworks and dashboards to leadership.
• Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP compliance requirements within a government contracting context.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the Director of HR, Project Managers, Contracts, Finance, and clients.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with occasional travel for recruitment events, job fairs, and conferences.
• Experience in implementing recruiting automation or utilizing AI-assisted screening tools.
• Familiarity with subcontractor and Staffing Partner engagement models.
• HR or TA-related certifications, such as AIRS or SHRM-CP, are advantageous.
