This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Oversee the transformation of CVS Health’s distribution network via an advanced cloud-based Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Direct the configuration, deployment, conversion, and stabilization of WMS throughout CVS Health’s supply chain ecosystem.
• Ensure alignment of operational processes with system capabilities while addressing evolving business requirements.
• Gather requirements and convert business challenges into scalable system designs.
• Advocate for implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams, senior leadership, distribution center management, Change Management and Training, Learning & Development, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Propel large-scale transformation projects and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, order accuracy, and colleague productivity.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% to select CVS Distribution Centers across the nation.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading enterprise-scale warehouse management and supply chain technology projects.
• Proficiency in WMS implementations and modernization.
• Experience in product ownership, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and comprehensive warehouse operations.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, fulfillment, automation, replenishment, and labor optimization.
• Capability to align business goals, user requirements, and technical capabilities into scalable product solutions.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional transformation projects.
• Proficient in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent critical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of JSON-based APIs and system integrations.
• Skillful in converting business requirements into technical specifications and validating data exchanges.
• Aptitude for collaborating with development teams to create scalable solutions.
• Strong budgetary awareness and the capability to drive product enhancements with measurable ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree or over 5 years of equivalent experience in WMS and Distribution Center processes.
• Preferred: Manhattan Active certification.
• Experience with developing test plans, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer service and mentoring.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Skillful in building trusting relationships.
