Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the optimization of purchased component inventory and manage supplier-facing integrations.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Procurement teams.

• Enhance supply operations by refining material planning strategies, governance execution, and the implementation of innovative technologies.

• Guide and nurture leaders as well as high-potential team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or related manufacturing support roles.

• Extensive knowledge in inventory network design, material planning, and optimization of warehousing and delivery processes.

• Demonstrated capability to lead large-scale integrations or transformations successfully.

• Excellent leadership qualities and strong communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a relevant technical or analytical discipline.
