This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of the Medtronic Performance System within designated functions and business teams.
• Collaborate with functional and cross-functional leaders to pinpoint improvement opportunities, set performance objectives, and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Lead comprehensive process transformation initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Reduce waste, enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and improve value stream performance.
• Develop organizational capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
• Organize Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement sessions, including specific supplier and contract manufacturing projects.
• Create and implement improvement roadmaps to ensure sustainable advancements in quality, service, cost, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Motivate and drive change across various functions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor's degree along with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant background in manufacturing, supply chain, business operations, operational excellence, or a similar field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Proven experience in applying continuous improvement methodologies in complex business settings.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
