This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more states.
• Take ownership and enhance the Global SIOP/SIOE process encompassing demand planning, supply planning, capacity management, inventory optimization, and execution.
• Steer BU SIOP governance and cadence, fostering structured decision-making, risk visibility, and alignment with ICSP and CMD Senior Leadership.
• Convert business strategy into practical supply chain plans, balancing service, cost, and cash while facilitating scalable growth.
• Manage end-to-end supply-demand balancing, scenario planning, trade-off decisions, and mitigation strategies across capacity, materials, and inventory.
• Advance SIOP/SIOE maturity by deploying cutting-edge planning capabilities, digital tools, predictive analytics, and standardized processes across regions and sites.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Procurement.
• Supervise global order book governance and backlog execution strategy, ensuring prioritization, revenue conversion, and customer commitment reliability.
• Enhance supply chain resilience by leading RCCM for critical constraints and mitigating risks across the global supplier and manufacturing landscape.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing and supplier leadership to align capacity, sourcing strategies, and execution priorities.
• Set and monitor BU-level KPIs, including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health, capacity utilization, and productivity metrics.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and transformation initiatives utilizing Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of university education and professional experience is required.
• At least 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, S&OP, SIOP, or a related field.
• Familiarity with a continuous improvement methodology, such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
• APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
• Relevant CRM experience, such as with salesforce.com, would be beneficial.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment to build consensus and implement ongoing process improvements.
• Skillful in engaging and influencing large teams and functional leaders.
• Strong project management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent judgment, a strong bias for action, and the ability to work independently.
• Collaborative leadership style with the capacity to motivate change across organizational levels, functions, locations, and dotted-line entities.
• Proficient analytical and statistical skills, including the development and reporting of metrics, predictive models, and prescriptive analytics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Availability to work 1–2 evenings per week to meet global business requirements.
