• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Strong leadership background with experience in team management and talent development.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and skills in engaging with executives.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while achieving measurable outcomes.

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in print operations.

• In-depth knowledge of USPS postal regulations, policies, presorting requirements, and processing.

• Experience in financial technology, payments, banking, or the financial services sector.

• Background in supporting mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, or corporate development efforts.

• Understanding of strategic planning frameworks, operational excellence methodologies, or business transformation initiatives.
