This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead essential strategy workstreams: Direct high-level decisions regarding "where to play / how to play" investments, responsible for the modeling and strategic recommendations related to new product lines, licensing, and other structural initiatives.
• Drive corporate development: Spearhead due diligence on M&A opportunities and create proactive acquisition theses and target lists across Tilt’s markets. Manage investor-relations strategy and execution.
• Set the agenda for ambiguous challenges: Address cross-enterprise operational issues lacking a clear owner or precedent. Independently frame the problem, outline and test hypotheses, conduct analysis, and implement the most effective solutions.
• Own significant business operation initiatives: Lead projects within and across markets that enhance synergy and economies of scale across Tilt’s portfolio, from annual planning to executive reporting, simplifying processes while promoting clearer ownership and visibility.
• Support international expansion: Assist in selecting new markets, developing entry strategies, and making resource decisions; guiding initiatives from concept to launch execution.
• You have 5+ years of experience in strategy, BizOps, corporate development, or similar roles at high-growth startups. Previous experience in top-tier management consulting is advantageous.
• You possess a proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous, high-stakes problems from definition through to execution, progressing them independently.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and financial-modeling capabilities, utilizing data to inform decisions and craft compelling narratives.
• You're highly organized and self-sufficient, adept at managing unclear, high-impact tasks and fostering alignment among teams without extensive structure.
• You are a clear and confident communicator who quickly earns trust with senior stakeholders.
• You are a hands-on, results-oriented operator, equally comfortable delving into the details of a model as you are presenting to the board.
• You instinctively employ AI and automation to convert manual tasks into repeatable systems.
