This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees the facilitation, training, methodology development, evaluation, and process reengineering throughout all phases.
• Identifies best practices, implements change management, and applies business management techniques along with organizational development.
• Engages in activity and data modeling, information system development methodologies, and supervises business process reengineering initiatives.
• Utilizes process improvement and reengineering methodologies to execute process modernization projects.
• Responsibilities include activity and data modeling, crafting modern business methodologies, pinpointing best practices, and developing performance measurement systems.
• Implements process modifications by merging new processes with existing ones, ensuring effective communication of these changes to the affected Business Systems teams.
• Suggests and facilitates initiatives for quality improvement.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, including the capability to prepare and deliver frequent business presentations.
• Persuasion abilities are essential.
• Capable of effectively communicating both verbally and in writing with business and technical personnel at all organizational levels.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of pertinent business process reengineering experience.
• Certification from a nationally recognized authority is necessary.
• IAM Level III certification specifically focused on EDI/XML electronic data exchange experience.
• Direct knowledge of DoD/Component policies, business procedures, business rules, data standards, and transaction standards.
• Demonstrated ability to apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles effectively.
