This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify areas for enhancement in the existing Cotiviti Audit processes.
• Assist Cotiviti audit teams in optimizing resources to boost both top-line revenue and bottom-line margin growth.
• Leverage BI tools to improve and support the current reporting/data warehouse environment, including the use of SQL Management Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and MS Access.
• Aid Retail/Cotiviti management and other stakeholders in assessing, defining, standardizing, and reporting on key KPIs to enhance financial assessment and performance.
• Oversee the report generation development lifecycle (development, testing/QA, UAT, bug fixing/retesting cycles).
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and training materials are available.
• Offer expertise in designing and outlining requirements for both executive and client-facing reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Facilitate collaborative discussions with client teams to foster strong relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Respond to and support ad hoc data analysis requests/recommendations from Retail management and other members of the leadership team.
• Recruit, develop, coach, lead, and retain top-tier talent, focusing on creating and enhancing a team culture that promotes best-in-class practices to maintain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of audit and management experience within the Retail sector.
• More than 8 years of experience in claims recovery lifecycles and financial forecasting expertise.
• At least 8 years of experience working with retail client data and translating it into audit tools and optimized workflows.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience with Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, and data modeling.
• At least 1 year of direct experience with Microsoft Tableau.
• Capability to document technical requirements for business processes and developmental needs.
• Proficient in SQL programming, database structures, and schemas.
• Proven project management skills demonstrated through prior experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with little supervision.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing a customer service-oriented mindset.
