• Conduct regular business reviews with CEMs to identify and qualify new harvesting opportunities within the current client portfolio.
• Provide coaching and resources to CEMs, equipping them with the necessary tools and dialogue to recognize opportunities within their accounts.

• Engage in strategic discussions with CFOs, owner-operators, and executive teams, translating their challenges into actionable HR outsourcing solutions.
• Lead insightful discovery calls that uncover core issues, then involve the appropriate internal subject-matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the right individuals are addressing the right challenges.
• Approach client management with a risk manager's mindset — assess each client's compliance and risk vulnerabilities and design solutions that mitigate risk and costs while simplifying their processes.
• Build and maintain referral relationships that create further harvesting opportunities within the client base.
• Handle a high volume of simultaneous opportunities with speed and accuracy, ensuring that pipeline, activity, and forecasts are meticulously tracked in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the CRO, People Operations, and delivery teams to scope, price, and seamlessly transition won engagements for an optimal client experience.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, benefits, or sales.
• At least 5 years of experience in selling HR products and services (PEO, ASO, HRO, benefits, payroll, or other related HR outsourcing solutions).
• Extensive, expert-level knowledge of HR outsourcing and the challenges faced by small and mid-sized employers, including solid familiarity with payroll, benefits, and PEOs.
• Possess gravitas and credibility when interacting with CFOs, owner-operators, and executive teams — be personable, trustworthy, and fluent in their language.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust with both internal referral partners and client teams.
• Strong consultative and strategic selling abilities, with a proven history of engaging in high-level discussions that uncover genuine needs.
• An instinct for solving small-business challenges — simplifying clients’ lives while decreasing risk and costs — with a perspective that mirrors that of a risk manager.
• High energy and motivation, coupled with the discipline to maintain a relentless pace and manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
