Manager – Strategy Consulting, Project and Client Responsibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate strategic and organizational challenges to formulate structured, actionable solutions.

• Take initiative in managing project workstreams and oversee their execution independently.

• Oversee projects or sub-projects while serving as a primary contact for clients.

• Deliver presentations to stakeholders at various levels and assist in implementation efforts.

• Contribute to the development of new topics and service offerings.

• Take initial responsibility for establishing and nurturing client relationships.

• Aid in the growth and development of junior colleagues within the project context.

• Engage in internal initiatives and promote knowledge development throughout the company.

• Collaborate in small project teams with direct communication and clearly defined roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of four years' experience in management or strategy consulting.

• Proven ability to independently contribute to projects and manage workstreams effectively.

• Exceptional academic credentials in business, economics, engineering, or a related technical field.

• Capability to swiftly organize complex issues and work in an analytical, solution-oriented manner.

• Confidence in client interactions with strong, persuasive communication skills.

• Eagerness to take ownership of assigned topics and drive progress independently.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel as needed for project work.

• Submission of university transcripts and all employment references is required.
