Senior Manager, Strategic Growth, Proposal Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Engage in the assessment and prioritization of RFP opportunities; collaborate with Sales and cross-functional leaders to craft pursuit strategies that bolster competitive positioning, enhance win probabilities, and align with Lumicera's growth strategy and broader initiatives.

• Direct the comprehensive development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, and retention efforts), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused, and compliant materials that effectively convey Lumicera’s specialty pharmacy value proposition.

• Oversee proposal timelines, workflows, and deliverables, facilitating coordination among stakeholders and subject matter experts (clinical, operations, finance, pricing) to guarantee timely and efficient submissions.

• Track and evaluate proposal performance metrics (win rates, cycle times, quality outcomes), identifying trends and opportunities to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and overall process results.

• Propel continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries while establishing and maintaining proposal standards, best practices, and quality controls.

• Contribute to the strengthening of manufacturer relationships and optimization of pricing strategies, including recognizing opportunities to enhance discounting and increase client value through data-driven proposal positioning.

• Lead, coach, and nurture a high-performing proposal team by providing strategic direction, aligning talent and resources, and offering mentorship through feedback and career planning, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Supervise team operations, including staffing structure, recruiting, onboarding, retention, and knowledge sharing to enhance organizational capability while supporting project management activities such as planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation to ensure team capacity and capability.

• Ensure compliance with requirements, internal policies, and organizational standards.

• Additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Advanced degree or PharmD is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis is required.

• At least 3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in developing high-performing teams and delivering tangible results in a professional services setting is required.

• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

• The ability to consistently engage cooperatively and respectfully with fellow employees.
