Senior Manager – Strategic Financial Planning, Investments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of financial, economic, and strategic frameworks for clinical services initiatives.

• Support the multi-year enterprise capital planning process.

• Oversee and drive high-value projects that shape product and service delivery.

• Manage the ACS capital planning process and secure over $100M annually for strategic investments.

• Collaborate with ACS leadership, Finance, and key stakeholders on funding guidelines and priorities.

• Optimize the prioritization and utilization of resources across both internal and external projects.

• Provide portfolio governance, status updates, and insights regarding the performance of the ACS investment portfolio.

• Oversee scope management and backlog prioritization.

• Lead the evaluation and development of business cases for new initiatives.

• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and track value realization.

• Develop methods to measure actual performance against expected benefits.

• Spearhead change-management initiatives within large, complex organizations.

• Build relationships with senior-level stakeholders, influence strategic decisions, and present key findings to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial strategic analysis, business process consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic business planning.

• Proven leadership abilities in managing relationships and influencing senior-level stakeholders.

• Expertise in business process optimization, project management, and financial planning for enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Extensive experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to and influencing senior leadership.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and a proven individual contributor with a strategic mindset.

• Experience in healthcare or healthcare insurance is a plus, though not required.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Certifications or licensure in relevant disciplines are advantageous.
