
Senior Manager, Statistical Programming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Oversee one or multiple statistical programming projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
β’ Develop and assess SAS code for accuracy and efficacy.
β’ Generate datasets and summary Tables, Graphs, and Listings (TLGs) in alignment with Statistical Analysis Plans.
β’ Evaluate statistical analysis plans and assist in their execution.
β’ Work alongside Biostatistics, Data Management, Clinical Operations, and other departments to ensure the precision of datasets and summaries.
β’ Address challenges in project execution and represent statistical programming during study team discussions.
β’ Engage in the identification and selection of external partners and vendors.
β’ Oversee the quality of vendor deliverables.
β’ Enhance statistical programming processes, systems, tools, and team training initiatives.
β’ Provide mentorship to junior team members.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, public health, biostatistics, statistics, or a related field.
β’ 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with a Master's degree in clinical development statistical programming methodologies and practices.
β’ An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
β’ Proven ability to drive outcomes indirectly by influencing others.
β’ Extensive experience in vendor management.
β’ Strong proficiency with SAS.
β’ Experience in leading projects related to Phase I and II studies.
β’ Significant familiarity with CDISC (SDTM/ADaM).
β’ Demonstrated success in a previous or similar role.
β’ Eligibility to take part in the Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan.
