This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Expand and cultivate a team of Solutions Engineers.
• Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and guidance to your team to foster successful performance, career advancement, and personal development.
• Instruct SEs on both technical expertise and sales proficiency, covering areas such as discovery techniques, articulating business value, POC strategy, and executive communication.
• Collaborate with engineering teams from some of the most advanced technology companies globally.
• Aid organizations in improving their security, compliance, and development experiences.
• Visit our largest clients on-site to showcase new features and develop solutions.
• Conduct structured one-on-ones, establish individual performance objectives, and oversee career development plans for each SE in your team.
• Work closely with regional sales leaders and Account Executives to manage SE utilization, prioritize opportunities, and enhance technical win rates throughout the region.
• Directly engage with EMEA enterprise customers at both executive and technical architect levels to foster long-term relationships and ensure technical success post-sale.
• Proven experience in leading a team of Solutions Engineers or technical customer-facing professionals, with a history of talent development and team performance enhancement.
• Strong understanding of the pre-sales process: discovery, technical qualification, POC design, and linking technical capabilities to business results.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer outcomes throughout different phases of the customer journey, from the sales process to onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
• Solid grasp of Linux networking and network security principles.
• Practical, hands-on experience with modern cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Direct experience with at least one major public cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts: SSO, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, mTLS, zero trust architecture, and PAM.
• Established track record navigating complex infrastructure deployments within security-conscious enterprise organizations.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities for server-side software and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional European language skills (German, French, Dutch, or others) are a significant advantage.
