Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Shape the regional go-to-market strategy by offering insights on sales tactics, identifying product gaps, and advocating for the team's needs.

• Identify and evaluate potential candidates to uphold a high standard of talent.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.

• Ensure technical excellence and propel the success of sales initiatives.

• Work closely with sales and the wider Americas revenue team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role, including at least 3 years in direct frontline management.

• Expertise in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives in fast-paced settings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales roles.
