Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Shape the regional go-to-market strategy by offering insights on sales tactics and product deficiencies while advocating for the team's requirements.

• Proactively source and evaluate potential candidates to uphold a high talent standard.

• Develop and sustain robust customer relationships.

• Ensure technical proficiency and propel the success of sales initiatives.

• Work closely with the sales team and the wider Americas revenue group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role.

• More than 3 years of direct management experience, including recruitment, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

• Experience in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrated history of driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.
