This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
β’ Ensure quality oversight, provide coaching, and maintain accountability.
β’ Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance service attachment rates.
β’ Take ownership of the commercial narrative related to services in the region.
β’ Assess the status of renewals and Professional Services (PS) across North America.
β’ Represent PS at North America Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting trends in escalations, quality metrics, and strategies to achieve back-to-green outcomes.
β’ Demonstrated experience functioning at the intersection of sales and professional services.
β’ Previous leadership role in PS, sales, or a combination of both for a minimum of 5 years.
β’ Proven success in enhancing service positioning and attachment rates.
β’ Experience in managing a team of mid-to-senior level individual contributors, utilizing a coaching-focused approach.
β’ Strong background in escalation management.
β’ Experience in delivering services to large enterprise organizations; a background in SaaS and EUC industries is advantageous.
β’ Extensive project management skills.
β’ Experience engaging with C-level sponsors and commercial buyers.
