This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Facilitate and conduct Scrum events.
• Eliminate obstacles and foster collaboration.
• Assist the Product Owner and promote ongoing improvement.
• Ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented.
• Aid in the planning, coordination, and tactical execution of IT projects across various business and functional areas.
• Implement an agile-based Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for project or application/domain teams.
• Mentor and coach development and business managers/leads on agile methodologies.
• Advise Scrum teams on agile principles and values.
• Analyze agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track and communicate essential information and progress.
• Utilize Agile tools for managing daily Scrum activities.
• Generate insights from analytics and report on productivity, velocity, and quality.
• Create stakeholder communication strategies and integrate feedback for process enhancements.
• Facilitate the Scrum process and provide support to the Scrum team.
• Establish sharing and documentation systems using wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.
• Mentor team members, stakeholders, and Product Owners on agile values, principles, and practices.
• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external parties to mitigate potential challenges.
• 6–10 years of professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficient in collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
• Possess a growth mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to personal and others' development.
• Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, execution, and support.
• Scrum Master Certification is required.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
• Scrum Master experience with teams engaged in complex large-scale applications.
• Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of resource allocation, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to primarily work within the Eastern Time Zone.
• Base salary range of $118,450.00–$236,900.00.
