
Senior Manager, Sales Training and Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create, implement, and deliver impactful sales training programs that enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to pinpoint skill gaps, develop targeted curricula, and ensure effective onboarding as well as ongoing development for sales teams.
• Direct the strategy, development, and execution of sales training initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate performance, identify skill deficiencies, and prioritize development initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders regarding training requirements, effectiveness, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and scale top-tier sales training frameworks, encompassing onboarding processes, tools, and selling skills training.
• Design, develop, and sustain comprehensive sales training curricula across various formats (in-person, virtual, eLearning).
• Produce high-quality materials such as playbooks, facilitator guides, learner resources, and assessments.
• Assess and analyze training effectiveness using established KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure that all training programs comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Sales Operations teams to synchronize messaging and training priorities.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement.
• Proven success in curriculum development, training content creation, and facilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify sales performance gaps and implement focused development programs.
• Strong experience in training delivery across live, virtual, and blended learning environments.
• Experience in managing training programs, including tracking, compliance, and reporting aspects.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with Sales Leadership.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or medical device sales is highly preferred.
• Direct experience in quota-carrying sales roles is highly desirable.
• Proven history of leading training initiatives and owning program responsibilities.
• Experience in supporting regulated environments and compliance-focused training.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, sales enablement tools, and training analytics.
