This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a global business partner to the VP of Sales Development, assisting in shaping priorities, influencing decision-making, and executing the operational plan.
• Collaborate with regional xDR analysts and sales development leaders to support all levels of xDR management worldwide, ensuring uniformity in performance management, reporting, and operational execution.
• Lead and facilitate global planning processes, including headcount, capacity, coverage design, funnel analysis, and quota alignment for Sales Development.
• Own and refine reporting and operational insights to enhance visibility into activity, pipeline generation, conversion trends, and funnel velocity.
• Contribute to the design and scaling of AI-enabled workflows and automation in areas such as lead scoring, routing, productivity tracking, outreach processes, and operational decision support.
• Coordinate with GTM Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Revenue Operations to ensure the effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Promote enhancements in operational cadence, process quality, and data consistency across regions to bolster business performance.
• Provide clear recommendations to leadership based on analysis, business context, and operational insights.
• 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Development Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Partnering, or a related role in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to function as a trusted business partner to senior sales leadership within a global or multi-regional organization.
• Strong comprehension of SDR/BDR or xDR operations, top-of-funnel metrics, and pipeline generation.
• Experience in supporting planning, reporting, and operational execution in a matrixed global business.
• Practical experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and Large Language Models in a business operations context.
• Familiarity with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, along with the capability to apply them effectively to operational and analytical workflows.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across senior stakeholders, regions, and functions.
