This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the weekly forecasting management procedures for the Americas business.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance forecast precision, pipeline integrity, and deal evaluation.
• Evaluate pipeline health, coverage, conversion rates, and risk patterns.
• Guarantee the quality of Salesforce data, stage integrity, and operational uniformity.
• Create dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting frameworks that facilitate actionable insights.
• Assist in territory planning, account segmentation, and governance of account ownership.
• Work alongside leadership on strategic account prioritization and initiatives for pipeline generation.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market Operations.
• 3+ years of experience in managing or leading operational programs and cross-functional projects.
• Extensive Salesforce knowledge, encompassing reporting, dashboards, pipeline management, and sales process development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
