This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead and manage specialized teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
• Enhance demonstration capabilities and effectiveness across various product lines (Acrobat, Express, AI, etc.).
• Develop and implement scalable sales strategies across ICX.
• Collaborate with enablement teams to boost sales readiness.
• Promote the adoption of AI-assisted selling workflows through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate and expand automation, pre-call intelligence, and initiatives aimed at improving seller productivity.
• Create scalable systems to enhance product capabilities among sellers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in Sales, Enablement, and Operations.
• Background in sales strategy, sales productivity, presales, or solution selling.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer journeys.
• Experience in driving innovation within sales workflows, automation, or AI-driven projects.
• Capability to convert ideas into scalable programs with measurable results.
• Experience in enabling or coaching presales teams to enhance performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
