This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors, product, and engineering teams to secure deals and provide impactful strategic solutions for customers and partners.
• Attract, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Sales Engineering team within the designated region.
• Work alongside sales leadership and clients to design and present all-encompassing business solutions.
• Directly influence product development and enhancements for existing solutions based on market insights.
• Assist Geo Account Executives throughout the complete opportunity sales lifecycle.
• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your area of expertise.
• Significant presales experience (typically 15+ years) with a background in leading Sales Engineering teams (typically 3-5 years).
• Demonstrated ability to empower and guide teams in delivering high-quality product and solution demonstrations.
• Expert-level experience in refining essential sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-value.
