This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and foster the development of a team of Sales Engineers with expertise in Ads, Leads, CAPI, and Reporting APIs.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for intricate or unclear integration scoping issues.
• Remain actively involved as a hands-on manager.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Oversee the complete SE engagement model.
• Design and sustain automation systems that enhance the team's efficiency.
• Maintain the team's comprehensive SOP library.
• Identify and implement self-service patterns.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a comparable client-facing technical role with direct API/integration expertise.
• More than 5 years of experience managing or leading a technical team in a player-coach role.
• Extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0 / API key authentication, webhooks, and event-driven data architectures.
• Proven ability to operate at the intersection of sales and engineering.
• A history of developing processes, documentation, and tools from the ground up in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written communication skills.
