This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Establishing the outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and providing strategic direction to the Sales Development team.
• Coaching and mentoring SDRs and junior leaders, motivating them and their teams to meet outbound pipeline generation targets while supporting their career growth.
• Creating and executing effective programs to enhance SDR performance and maximize results.
• Collaborating closely with regional Sales Leaders and the Sales Development Leadership team to consistently improve both the quality and volume of the sales pipeline.
• Working in tandem with Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams, offering insights on lead acquisition strategies, streamlining internal processes, and developing impactful training materials.
• Regularly reporting on key individual and team metrics to uncover areas for improvement and refine qualification and prospect engagement strategies for sustained long-term success.
• Actively managing the performance of direct reports and advising on the performance management of sub-teams, engaging as necessary.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new SDR and Leadership talent.
• Promoting and cultivating a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.
• Proven experience in a second-line leadership role, specifically focused on prospecting within the APAC region.
• A strong track record of success in driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
• Strong sales acumen; experience in a closing role is highly preferred.
• Proficient with a comprehensive tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar products.
• A passion for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR and Leadership talent.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, particularly within Sales and Growth.
• Experience leading impactful cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution.
• Proven capability to analyze data to identify trends and translate findings into effective strategies for enhancing SDR performance.
• While not mandatory, experience working remotely is considered a plus.
