This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Establish the outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization.
• Offer robust leadership and strategic guidance to the Sales Development team.
• Mentor and coach SDRs and junior Leaders, encouraging them and their teams to meet outbound pipeline generation targets and supporting their career advancement.
• Design and implement effective programs to enhance SDR productivity and optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with regional Sales Leaders and the Sales Development Leadership team to enhance both the quality and quantity of the sales pipeline.
• Work in tandem with Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement, contributing to lead acquisition strategies, streamlining internal processes, and creating impactful training materials.
• Regularly report on essential individual and team metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and refine our qualification and prospect engagement strategies for sustained long-term success.
• Proactively oversee the performance of direct reports and provide guidance on performance management for sub-teams, actively participating as necessary.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate new SDR and Leadership talent.
• Promote and nurture a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.
• Proven experience in a second-line leadership role, particularly focused on prospecting within the APAC region.
• A demonstrated history of success in driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
• Strong sales acumen — prior experience in a closing role is highly preferred.
• Proficient with a comprehensive tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
• A passion for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR and Leadership talent.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, particularly within Sales and Growth.
• Experience leading impactful cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Established ability to analyze data to identify trends and translate findings into effective strategies for enhancing SDR performance.
• Experience working remotely is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage.
