This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Establishing the outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization.
• Delivering strong leadership and strategic guidance to the Sales Development team.
• Coaching and mentoring SDRs and junior Leaders, supporting them and their teams in achieving outbound pipeline generation targets while facilitating their career growth.
• Designing and executing effective programs to boost SDR performance and maximize outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with regional Sales Leaders and the Sales Development Leadership team to consistently enhance the quality and volume of the sales pipeline.
• Partnering with Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to provide insights on lead acquisition strategies, streamline internal processes, and create impactful training materials.
• Regularly reporting on key individual and team metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and refine our qualification and prospect engagement strategies for long-term success.
• Proactively overseeing the performance of direct reports and advising on the performance management of sub-teams, engaging as necessary.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new SDRs and Leadership talent.
• Promoting and nurturing a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.
• Proven experience in a second-line leadership role, concentrating on prospecting in the APAC region.
• A successful track record in driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
• Strong sales acumen — prior experience in a closing role is highly preferred.
• Proficient with a comprehensive tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
• A passion for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring top SDRs and Leadership talent.
• Capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, particularly within Sales and Growth.
• Experience in leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution.
• Established ability to analyze data to identify trends and convert them into effective strategies for enhancing SDR performance.
• Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus.
