This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Establishing the outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization.
• Delivering strong leadership and strategic guidance to the Sales Development team.
• Coaching and mentoring SDRs and junior Leaders, helping them and their teams to meet outbound pipeline generation targets while supporting their career development.
• Creating and executing effective programs aimed at enhancing SDR productivity and optimizing outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with regional Sales Leaders and the Sales Development Leadership team to consistently enhance both the quality and quantity of the sales pipeline.
• Working in tandem with the Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams, providing insights on lead acquisition strategies, streamlining internal processes, and developing effective training materials.
• Regularly reporting on crucial individual and team metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and refine our qualification and prospect engagement strategies for ongoing success.
• Actively managing the performance of direct reports and advising on performance management for sub-teams, engaging as necessary.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new SDR and Leadership talent.
• Promoting and cultivating a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.
• Proven experience in a second-line leadership role, particularly focused on prospecting in the APAC region.
• A solid track record of success in driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
• Strong sales skills — experience in a closing role is highly desirable.
• Proficient with a comprehensive tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
• Enthusiasm for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR and Leadership talent.
• Capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, especially in Sales and Growth.
• Experience in leading impactful cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data to identify trends and translate them into effective strategies for enhancing SDR performance.
• Remote work experience is not mandatory but is considered advantageous.
