This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Full commercial oversight for Eastern and Central India.
• Identifying potential clients and securing inquiries.
• Transforming inquiries into orders and overseeing customer interactions during delivery.
• Managing cash collection and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Responsible for the implementation of the Strategic and Operating Sales Plan.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or any engineering discipline is mandatory.
• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
• 12-15 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 6-8 years of leadership experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in solution sales of capital equipment or industrial products such as pumps, filters, valves, pressure vessels, and compressors is advantageous.
• Background in industries including petrochemicals, oil and gas, processing, chemicals, and fertilizers is preferred.
• Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is a bonus.
