This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Modifications sector in North America, ensuring alignment with broader aftermarket growth goals.
• Discover, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with current clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and operations teams to guarantee the efficient delivery of modification solutions that meet or surpass customer expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer feedback to shape sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-focused solutions within the sales organization.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Represent Barry-Wehmiller at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to boost brand visibility and credibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in sales leadership, ideally within industrial machinery, converting equipment, or aftermarket services.
• Strong technical expertise in machinery modifications and retrofits.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Strategic thinker with robust analytical skills and business insight.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America to support customer and team interactions.
