Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle – Operational Effectiveness

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the RCM reporting infrastructure.

• Guarantee accuracy and prompt delivery of monthly invoicing for clients.

• Create and sustain the KPI dashboard.

• Generate reports for leadership and oversee data extraction procedures.

• Spearhead critical RCM projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain an issues log and drive initiatives for process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare analytics, or an operational leadership role within a healthcare setting.

• Strong analytical and data-driven skills.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Familiarity with revenue cycle operations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient with data tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, SQL, or reporting platforms.

• Proactive utilization of AI tools to enhance output and efficiency.
