This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct commercial mix analytics (MMM); generate quarterly insights and advisory services, manage modeling partners, oversee data input management and scaling, and handle additional in-depth analysis.
• Develop retail media measurement capabilities, analytics, and incrementality by collaborating with Retail Media Networks and Media Agencies to enhance measurement methodologies, govern the internal selection of key KPIs, and analyze returns.
• Create retail media agency reporting and benchmark development; work with retail media agencies to establish a learning agenda, define key measurement principles, and identify benchmarks linked to business KPIs.
• Establish an annual learning agenda that aligns with business KPIs; conduct analyses to determine essential optimizations/actions for the business, and narrate findings to stakeholders (e.g., Business Units).
• Act as a consultant and advisor to key customer accounts; perform performance reviews, develop testing plans, and create measurement roadmaps across major retailers such as Target, Kroger, Walmart, and Amazon.
• Identify and manage partnerships for media measurement capabilities (e.g., Share of Voice for RMN display partners, evaluating incremental measurement solutions).
• Take ownership of evolving retailer media measurement solutions (e.g., clean room strategy and execution).
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Retail Media Measurement, Performance, and Insights with broader business functions (i.e., Data & Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics).
• Over 7 years of experience utilizing a combination of advanced and predictive analytics, marketing analytics, and analytic techniques for marketing, media, customer, and business applications.
• More than 7 years of experience working with large datasets to inform marketing and business strategy; experience in marketing mix modeling is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience with performance media data (experience with retail media data is preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in collaborating and managing projects across functions and various leadership levels to gather insights and leverage internal knowledge for actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes or strategies through technology utilization and knowledge advancement; knowledgeable about industry best practices and capability enhancement.
• Capability to apply marketing and commercial intelligence concepts for achieving business success.
• Proficiency in connecting retailer analytics to retailer media analytics (i.e., understanding Amazon Marketing Cloud, Scintilla, and their applications in linking sales and media performance).
