Senior Manager – Retail Pharmacy, Distribution Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Negotiate and oversee partnerships.

• Direct the design, negotiation, and governance of essential pharmacy collaborations.

• Act as a trusted strategic consultant to pharmacy and distribution leadership teams.

• Manage account administration and partnership operations.

• Lead the collection of information regarding access, reimbursement, distribution economics, and channel dynamics.

• Evaluate account and partnership performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant university degree in business administration (MBA or equivalent in management), health sciences, pharmacy, or a similar field.

• Exceptional negotiation, governance, and executive-level communication capabilities.

• Strong commercial and financial insight.

• In-depth understanding of the Canadian retail pharmacy landscape.

• Experience in vaccines or primary care.

• Outstanding client and partnership management abilities.

• Capability to swiftly engage key stakeholders.
