📋 Description

• The leader of Reimbursement Operations & Field Market Access serves as the execution engine within the U.S. HEMA organization.

• This position acts as the primary tactical interface with providers, payers, and field teams, maintaining a close connection to the sales and marketing organization.

• The role encompasses both payer-facing and provider-facing responsibilities.

• On the payer side, the individual is responsible for developing value dossiers, managing payer advisory boards, and facilitating engagement with key accounts.

• On the provider side, the individual produces billing guides, addresses customer reimbursement inquiries, creates educational materials for providers, and manages all field logistics related to coding implementation.

• In Phase 1, this position encompasses both midstream and downstream tasks, ranging from code acquisition and payment policy implementation to generating field collateral and providing customer support.

• The individual is tasked with generating code and billing manuals, overseeing all field logistics necessary for the implementation of new or existing codes, and directly addressing customer questions regarding reimbursement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in medical device or pharmaceutical reimbursement, field market access, or payer relations is required.

• Direct experience in developing billing guides, coding tip sheets, and educational materials for provider reimbursement is essential.

• A strong working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems, as well as hospital billing workflows (OPPS, ASC, physician office), is necessary.

• Proven experience in managing payer relationships, creating value dossiers, and executing advisory boards is expected.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams in a commercial support role is crucial.

• Strong project management abilities are required, with capacity to handle multiple simultaneous deliverables across various products.
