Associate VP, Retail Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides strategic and operational guidance for retail pharmacy services.

• Drives financial performance, growth initiatives, clinical campaigns, regulatory compliance, and technology implementation.

• Leads enterprise pharmacy growth strategies and supervises the integration of innovative pharmacy technologies.

• Ensures effective prescription dispensing and efficient inventory management.

• Responsible for the complete Retail Pharmacy P&L and assesses business cases for new market opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree, PharmD, or B.S. in Pharmacy.

• A minimum of 8 years of technical experience.

• At least 5 years of management experience.

• Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the relevant state if holding a PharmD or PharmBS.
