This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee the agency's performance operations, managing the team, clients, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage professionals across traffic (paid media), design, copywriting, social media, and account/client services.
• Implement and supervise management practices, including meetings, one-on-ones, feedback sessions, and action plans.
• Track performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Evaluate paid media strategies and offer technical advice to the team on performance-related decisions.
• Streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage in strategic client meetings, particularly during critical scenarios or discrepancies.
• Decrease the founder's reliance on daily operational decisions.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance, or growth.
• Background in a marketing agency or a setting that involves managing multiple accounts at once.
• Proven experience in leading marketing, performance, or operations teams.
• Technical expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, pixels, tracking, and conversions.
• Proficient in KPI-driven management, targets, processes, SLAs, and dashboards.
• Capability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable for outcomes, nurture talent, and make independent decisions.
