This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Lead a team of patient operations managers.
• Collaborate across FuzeRx with leaders to convert our technology infrastructure into quantifiable operational results.
• Supervise the performance and development of the Patient Operations Care team.
• Define requirements for reporting and capabilities while spearheading initiatives to ensure a smooth patient experience across our automated dispensing and API-integrated platforms.
• Drive operational excellence throughout central fill pharmacy networks and courier delivery operations.
• Set requirements for capabilities and reporting, working collaboratively to provide data-driven insights.
• Analyze data to predict staffing requirements based on program performance, optimizing resource distribution across various roles.
• Manage a large team of managers, supervisors, and team members, fostering an environment of positive employee engagement and experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in pharmacy services, digital health, or health tech sectors.
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-product patient operations teams within highly regulated and compliance-focused environments.
• Demonstrated ability to implement new programs and procedures that drive business transformation and organic revenue growth.
• Experience overseeing omni-channel support (email, text, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of CRM and EMR systems; familiarity with TPOS is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Capability to navigate uncertainty in a rapidly changing market.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex operational data to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience in building or scaling digital pharmacy or specialty pharmacy infrastructure platforms.
