This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Assist cross-functional teams (admissions, career, placement, billing) with their data and automation requirements.
• Create and manage automation workflows utilizing Zapier, Typeform, Hubspot, AppScripts, Notion/Airtable, and external APIs.
• Develop and sustain BI dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
• Implement lightweight database solutions (e.g., Supabase) to organize and synchronize data across internal operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Zapier, Hubspot, Google Sheets, AppScripts, APIs, and tools for process automation.
• Expertise in Looker Studio (or comparable BI tools for dashboarding and reporting).
• Strong knowledge of databases; adept at working with no-code/low-code structured systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion) and basic SQL (Supabase).
• Preferred: familiarity with Python, n8n, Lovable, or other similar automation platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in workflow automation and operations management.
• Background in finance, billing, or HR processes is highly advantageous (preferably in edtech, bootcamps, or online learning).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.
• Strong collaborator who fosters trust within teams and with users, customers, and partners, possessing highly effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
