Operations Manager – Transition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Overall accountability for the operations of 10-15 sites located in the Southern region of Bangalore.

• Provide support to operational sites across all facets of operations, including technical aspects, soft services, HR compliance, management and sourcing of materials, as well as addressing commercial issues.

• Establish business policies pertinent to Property Management operations.

• Manage client and vendor agreements, along with vendor relations.

• Foster strong relationships with clients in accordance with company policies.

• Set annual financial goals for all sites and oversee their achievement.

• Create estimations and projections for operational sites, encompassing CAM Charges, Budgets, and P&L forecasts.

• Develop and implement effective business processes.

• Conduct energy audits for commercial and retail malls.

• Supervise operations, including planning, procurement, maintenance, control, and troubleshooting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).

• 10-15 years of experience in Property Management.

• Proficient knowledge of CAM Calculation, Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, HVAC, STP, ETP, WTP, and both High Tension (H.T) and Low Tension (L.T) Electrical Systems.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
