đź“‹ Description

• Develop extensive technical knowledge in Japan's primary AI development sectors, which include manufacturing, robotics, mobility, financial services, telecommunications, and AI-native startups, acting as a reliable advisor to developers creating accelerated applications.

• Enhance mission-critical workloads by designing, showcasing, and integrating the NVIDIA software stack—comprising CUDA-X libraries, RAPIDS, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, NVIDIA NeMo, NIM microservices, and Nemotron models—into partner products and platforms to achieve performance advancements and scalable adoption.

• Assist Japanese ISVs and AI startups through intricate onboarding and integration processes by providing reference architectures, optimized pipelines, sample code, and technical demonstrations that foster the uptake of NVIDIA technologies and facilitate co-innovation in production-ready AI solutions.

• Evaluate the developer ecosystem in Japan to uncover emerging opportunities among AI startups, model builders, enterprise software vendors, and research institutions, collaborating with NVIDIA engineering, product management, and go-to-market teams to shape roadmap priorities and ecosystem strategies.

• Collaborate with senior technical leaders at Japanese technology firms—including CTOs, platform architects, and AI engineering teams—to promote best-practice integrations, address complex architectural issues, and enhance the adoption of the NVIDIA platform.

• Partner with NVIDIA Account Managers, Industry Business Development leaders, Solutions Architects, and partner ecosystem teams to facilitate strategic developer engagements and expedite adoption across key accounts.

• Empower Japan’s developer ecosystem by conducting technical workshops, developer events, hackathons, and community outreach, assisting developers in successfully building and deploying applications on NVIDIA platforms.

• Contribute to the creation of industry AI blueprints and solution architectures specifically designed for the Japanese market, enabling partners to implement scalable AI applications in both enterprise and startup environments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• At least 12+ years of professional experience in the technology sector, including software engineering, developer relations, solutions architecture, technical partnerships, or product management, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in building or supporting AI, HPC, or large-scale software platforms.

• 5+ years of experience in leading and managing teams.

• Background in working with Japanese ISVs, enterprise software platforms, startups, or developer communities, promoting the adoption of new technologies across the regional ecosystem.

• In-depth technical knowledge in AI, accelerated computing, and data science frameworks, including familiarity with CUDA-X libraries, RAPIDS, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, NVIDIA NeMo, NIM microservices, or comparable AI/ML frameworks.

• Significant experience in driving strategic technical partnerships with engineering and product teams—covering architecture design reviews, code and design reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering impactful technical presentations, workshops, or developer enablement programs.

• Demonstrated ability to design and lead intricate, multi-stakeholder technical engagements—aligning priorities and fostering collaboration among internal and external teams, including engineering, product, sales, and ecosystem partners.

• Skilled at conveying complex technical ideas to varied audiences—from developers and architects to senior technical leaders—while assisting partners in the integration and commercialization of solutions built on NVIDIA technologies.

• Proven track record in building, leading, and scaling high-performing technical teams, establishing clear priorities, ensuring accountability, and aligning team efforts with strategic ecosystem objectives while mentoring team members to become trusted advisors for developers and partners.

• Proficiency in both Japanese and English is mandatory.
