πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee a team of 2–5 recruiters, offering coaching, constructive feedback, and support for career development.

β€’ Take ownership of the recruiting strategy across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A functions in collaboration with department leaders.

β€’ Personally manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical roles; this position is hands-on and not solely focused on management.

β€’ Collaborate with department heads to create hiring plans that convert headcount requirements into actionable recruitment pipelines.

β€’ Establish and monitor recruiting metrics (such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health) and leverage data for continuous improvement.

β€’ Formulate proactive sourcing strategies that minimize reliance on inbound applications and broaden our talent pools.

β€’ Guarantee a consistent and engaging candidate experience from the initial contact through to the offer stage.

β€’ Cultivate relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies as necessary.

β€’ Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent our culture authentically to potential candidates.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.

β€’ Experience in recruiting across various functions within a SaaS or technology organization.

β€’ Demonstrated success in filling both technical and go-to-market roles in competitive environments.

β€’ Strong analytical skills; you rely on pipeline metrics to guide your decisions rather than intuition alone.

β€’ Excellent stakeholder management abilities; you can assertively push back on hiring managers while maintaining strong relationships.

β€’ A builder mindset: you have enhanced processes, developed programs, or scaled a function in the past.

β€’ A hands-on approach; you are comfortable leading a search yourself when the team requires additional support.
