This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee a team of 2β5 recruiters, offering coaching, constructive feedback, and support for career development.
β’ Take ownership of the recruiting strategy across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A functions in collaboration with department leaders.
β’ Personally manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical roles; this position is hands-on and not solely focused on management.
β’ Collaborate with department heads to create hiring plans that convert headcount requirements into actionable recruitment pipelines.
β’ Establish and monitor recruiting metrics (such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health) and leverage data for continuous improvement.
β’ Formulate proactive sourcing strategies that minimize reliance on inbound applications and broaden our talent pools.
β’ Guarantee a consistent and engaging candidate experience from the initial contact through to the offer stage.
β’ Cultivate relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies as necessary.
β’ Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent our culture authentically to potential candidates.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
β’ Experience in recruiting across various functions within a SaaS or technology organization.
β’ Demonstrated success in filling both technical and go-to-market roles in competitive environments.
β’ Strong analytical skills; you rely on pipeline metrics to guide your decisions rather than intuition alone.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management abilities; you can assertively push back on hiring managers while maintaining strong relationships.
β’ A builder mindset: you have enhanced processes, developed programs, or scaled a function in the past.
β’ A hands-on approach; you are comfortable leading a search yourself when the team requires additional support.
